Not of the dark, not of the cold.
Not of rottweilers, or helicopters or cars.
Not of hard work, getting dirty or getting lost.
Not of squirrels, or children or construction workers.
I am afraid of crossing guards.

This is my World. I am Finnegan, a small red dog who was lost or dumped or ran away in the rural midwest, picked up by the local Sheriff, put on a waiting list for euthanasia if no one came looking for me, and when my time was almost up I was adopted by a stranger and taken to a new home to start over again. I will tell the story of my new life – my new family and my new friends, my adventures and my love of nature. And my Person will help me because I can't reach the keyboard. I am rather short.
